Our Mission & Vision
MISSION
To co-create culturally grounded digital health tools that help people find clarity and navigate complex health journeys.
Grounded in community relationships, ethical data stewardship, and a commitment to Indigenous sovereignty, we prioritize how the tools are created, the pathways they enable, and the ecosystems they strengthen.
VISION
A future where Indigenous communities have access to co-designed digital health tools that support autonomy, continuity of care, and culturally informed navigation.
Digital health ecosystems where care, knowledge, and data are created with and for the community.

Founder & Steward
Raevn Tele was founded by Dakoda Stacey, who serves as the steward of this work. Her path in Indigenous health advocacy has been shaped through years of community-engaged work in cancer care and wellness support.
Dakoda believes that meaningful solutions emerge through relationships, reciprocity, and co-creation. Raevn Tele reflects a collective vision — bringing together community voices, lived experience, and collaborative design to support more equitable and culturally grounded health journeys.
Three Part Framework
Raevn Tele is built on three equally important parts:
the tools we create, the way they are created, and how knowledge is stewarded
The tools themselves are practical, low barrier, culturally relevant, and meaningful — supporting people navigating complex health journeys while strengthening connections to existing resources and new possibilities.
Just as important is the way this work comes to life. Guided by Indigenous ways of knowing, development is rooted in relationship, leadership, lived experience, permission, consent, and trust — honouring the principle that solutions should never be created for communities without being created with them.
Equally, the knowledge and data generated are stewarded with care, transparency, and accountability. Raevn Tele is guided by Indigenous data sovereignty principles — prioritizing consent, Nation governance, and respectful return of knowledge in ways that strengthen trust, autonomy, and community benefit. Together, this approach ensures Raevn Tele’s impact is measured not only by what is built, but by how knowledge is honoured and how it continues to serve community.
